Custom Halloween Party Hat with Vintage Party Favors

I had these party hats custom printed and added the festooning and sticker myself.  Inside are authentic vintage party favors; a chenille black cat, plastic mask, vintage ring, handmade party horn, vintage skeleton charm, reproduction tin clicker and a vintage paper fan featuring a jack o’lantern.  Has a $50 value of vintage goodies alone!  Makes a perfect Halloween gift for someone that has seen it all.  Masks, rings and clicker graphics will be randomly selected.
