Rover Dog Savings Bank

After winding the bank, you put the coin in the bowl in front of the doghouse on the black switch.  This will initiate the mechanics that let Rover come out of his doghouse.  Rover grabs the coin and goes back into the doghouse.  Key to unlock the bank is stored on the bottom.
