We want you to be happy! Hella Kitsch offers a 30-day return policy, in which customers have 30 days after receipt of order to request a return. If your item arrived damaged via shipping please email us at lulubean23@gmail.com. Return guidelines still apply to seasonal purchases. We do not accept returns of final sale items.
HOLIDAY 2024 RETURNS:
Beginning November 1, 2024 we will extend our seasonal return policy to January 31, 2025. Any purchases made between November 1 - December 31, 2024 will have an extended return window until January 31, 2024. All returns must be initiated within this window to be eligible. Our regular return policy will begin on purchases made 1/1/25 and thereafter.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with attached tags and in original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with item(s) to be returned. Hella Kitsch will not assume responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt of items by Hella Kitsch. Please note: shipping fees are not refundable. If the customer has received free shipping, we will deduct shipping from the final refund. If shipping was paid for by the customer, no deductions will be made.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Hella Kitsch does not accept returns on last call sale items or personal care products and accessories, plants, pillows or blow toys.
RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via text or phone at 925-450-0355 or email at lulubean23@gmail.com. Please leave a message for us to get back to you. Once the return request is approved, please ship your return with proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDS:
Hella Kitsch will issue the full original purchase price of returned items. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned items. Refund amounts will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take time for your bank to process and post the refund amount. If the customer has received free outbound or return shipping, this will be deducted from the final refund amount.
EXCHANGES:
Hella Kitsch at this time does not process exchanges. Best practice to exchange an item would be to request a return and then purchase another item or color or size option.
