Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hella Kitsch!  All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipments will be made to the address input by the customer upon checkout.  Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  We are not responsible for shipments lost or returned due to customer error in shipping address input.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.  We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping may be slightly delayed.  Incidentally, circumstances created by COVID-19, inclement weather and holiday shipping surges may cause a National delay in shipping.  Please also note that shipments to rural addresses may be delayed.

* Service is subject to delays.  Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.  Hella Kitsch is not responsible for delays once your package has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Damages and Missing/Stolen Orders

If you receive your order damaged or if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim.  A refund or replacement will be issued pending your cooperation in the claim process.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes.  Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen shipments once they are delivered.

Insurance Coverage

All of our shipments are fully insured but we may require your assistance in filing a claim.  For missing shipments we must file a claim within 120 calendar days from date of shipment.  For damaged shipments you must notify us of within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Depending on the nature of your claim, you may be required to provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as package contents and you may have to sign an affidavit that we will send you to begin the claim process.
